Haven Property Solutions provides property and estate management services including but not limited to tenant management, property maintenance, and financial management. The services’ specifics will be detailed in a separate contract agreement with each client.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when utilizing our services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Haven Property Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past six months.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
